We got ourselves a Custom Rustic Engraved Wooden Wedding Guest Book from this place, and it's just awesome! The service was top-notch, and it arrived super fast at a really good price.

"Quick, effective, and enjoyable!"
Super quick delivery and really effective - this item is just a blast! I'm totally in love with the 'smiling' cup and saucer I got for my husband's birthday. I kinda wish I had snagged one for myself too (I definitely will)! Even though it's a fun piece, the quality is stunning - no regrets here. Thanks a bunch - I'll be back for more :-)

"Absolutely Fantastic!"
I got a custom coordinate plaque on Monday, saw the proof in my inbox the next day, and had the final product by Thursday! It's just perfect! I'm really into the one-of-a-kind stuff on this site, and the service was top-notch. No doubt I'll be coming back to this site again.

"Plaque for My Daughter"
I got a plaque for my daughter's 21st birthday, but I kinda left it to the last minute. I was worried it wouldn't arrive in time for the celebration, so I reached out to Travelling Souk directly. They got back to me right away to explain the timeline and even set it up for their partner company to get in touch with me to go over all the details and design. I really can't complain about either The Travelling Souk or No Ordinary Gift. Their customer service was top-notch, and I’ll definitely be using them again. I won’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family. Just excellent!

"Awesome support from the team!"
Lovely product and speedy shipping. I had several inquiries regarding the item prior to making my purchase, particularly about the different color choices and whatnot. Every email I sent got a prompt response, complete with pictures to show the various shades and recommendations. The customer service was top-notch and felt really personal. I definitely recommend The Travelling Souk.

"gorgeous ornaments for the tree"
I really liked these ornaments for the tree. They're super pretty! One of them had a tiny issue since some beads were a bit loose, but it's no biggie and can be fixed easily. I'd definitely purchase from this seller again.

"Shipping Experience"
I'm pleased with the items that showed up, but I really wish the delivery service was trackable. I had no clue when my order would get here, except for having to email you directly, which made things pretty inconvenient. In the future, providing tracking numbers and being more transparent about the delivery methods would definitely help customers figure out when to expect their stuff.

I had to get a Christmas gift shipped overseas in a tight timeframe. They went above and beyond to ensure it happened, and it showed up earlier than expected!! I’m absolutely thrilled. The quality is stunning, and the customer support is top-notch. It was truly a joy to work with them!!

"Still waiting on my order"
I placed an order for a clutch on November 29th, 2014, and I haven't gotten any confirmation about it being shipped yet. I'm heading out of the country on December 17th, and I was assured it would arrive well before that date. It seems the seller hasn't gotten her new stock of bags, so I'm really anxious about when my bag will actually show up. The folks at Travelling Souk have been super helpful and quick to respond to my emails, which I appreciate. I really like the service on this site; I just wish my bag would get here sooner rather than later. :(

"Amazing Customer Experience"

Five years back, I got the bigger size from a garden center. Recently, I picked up two smaller trees. Putting it together takes a good bit of patience, and sticking to the instructions is key; do that, and you'll be really happy with the result.
